Our Story
A Surfers Paradise Original
Gold Coast Casino Diner blends contemporary Australian dining with the excitement of a real casino, all in the heart of Surfers Paradise. We opened to offer a premium dining and gaming experience under one roof, with a menu that moves with the seasons and a casino floor that remains proudly physical and offline.
Our kitchen is guided by the Queensland coast: fresh seafood, local produce, and bright, confident flavours. The casino is not an afterthought or a digital add-on. It is a dedicated pavilion where adults gather around real tables for real-money play, face-to-face with dealers and other guests.
Coastal to Casino
Our venue transitions from a bright, airy restaurant by day to an intimate casino by night, connected by a horizon line motif. The design reflects the Queensland coast, while the casino pavilion uses warm evening lighting to create a calm, focused atmosphere.

Our menu celebrates Australian cuisine with a focus on fresh seafood, local produce, and seasonal ingredients. We change dishes as the harvest changes, keeping the menu aligned with what Queensland growers and fishers are bringing in each week.
Local Farmers
We work directly with growers across the Gold Coast hinterland and northern New South Wales. Vegetables, herbs, and citrus are chosen for flavour rather than shelf life.
Seasonal Menu
Summer brings mango, prawns, and stone fruit. Winter brings slow-cooked lamb, root vegetables, and richer sauces. The menu changes at least four times a year.

Passion for Local Produce
Our chefs bring years of experience in Australian fine dining, with a commitment to using the freshest local ingredients. The head chef has spent more than 20 years working across Queensland kitchens, from coastal seafood rooms to hatted regional restaurants.
They lead a team of 12 culinary professionals who share one rule: if an ingredient is not at its best today, it does not go on the pass. That discipline shapes everything from the raw bar to the dessert menu.

The Casino Experience
Real Tables, Real Play
Our casino features live poker, roulette, and blackjack at physical tables, with real-money wagering in a face-to-face setting. There is no online, mobile, or remote play. Every hand, spin, and deal happens in the room, with real cards, real chips, and real dealers.
